The fresh mountain air, and change in altitude didn't do the trick.
We packed a picnic and headed up Little Cottonwood Canyon. We went on a little 1 mile hike. It wasn't strenuous or anything. Mostly just a fun outing with the boys before the little one arrives.
I have a doctor's appt on Wednesday that I guess I'm going to be going to. So I'll keep you posted as to the latest news on Wed.
